National Development Fund Contribution
Applicants can make a one-time contribution of USD 230,000 to the National Development Fund (NDF).
Investment in Real Estate
Prospective citizens can acquire a government pre-approved real estate project with a minimum value of USD 325,000 and are required to maintain ownership for a period of 5 years. After the stipulated 5-year period, the property can be sold.
University of the West Indies Contribution
A minimum non-refundable contribution of USD 300,000 to the University of the West Indies is another avenue for obtaining citizenship in Antigua and Barbuda.
Requirements of Antigua and Barbuda citizenship by investment
Antigua and Barbuda’s Citizenship by Investment Program allows eligible investors to obtain citizenship and a passport through a qualifying investment. Applicants must satisfy specific personal, financial, and due-diligence requirements established by the government. The program also permits the inclusion of eligible family members, including dependent children under the age of 30, unmarried siblings under 18, and parents aged 55 and above.
